California WR Dallis Todd is the fourth commitment and second in three days (Justice Hansen is the other) for the Oklahoma Sooners. Todd is a consensus 4-star recruit and the top at his position in the state of California. Both Rivals (#202) and 247Sports (#90) both rank Todd nationally in the top 250 nationally overall.
Todd, who was just in Norman last week for the spring game, chose the Sooners over offers from many elite programs including Florida, Ohio State, Florida State, Texas A&M, and several other Big 12 teams. The 6'5 WR hauled in 72 passes for over 1,000 yards and 10 TDs on his way to being named to several post-season teams. This is a huge pickup for the Sooners especially considering the fact that OU lost Armanti Foreman's commitment earlier this month.
