Deionte Noel will join his Steele High School teammate
Justin Stockton in signing with Texas Tech next February. The 6'3/280 offensive lineman committed to the Red Raiders late Tuesday afteroon after being offered just a couple days ago. Texas Tech beat out offers from Houston and Rice for Noel's services. He's a 3-star prospect at 247Sports, a 2-star prospect at Rivals, and hasn't been ranked by Scout.
